Please Pray

Please be in prayer for Dawson's friend Blade. Their family just found out yesterday that he has leukemia. He was in very serious condition, with renal failure when he was admitted into the hospital, and they have already started him on chemo. He is doing better now that he is stabilized in the hospital. Obviously he and his family are in for a difficult time. Dawson is very sad for his friend and asks for your prayers.

  1. Oh Nicole! This saddens me. I think you know that my younger brother had AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) in 2005. For a while it didn't look good and they told us that finding a bone marrow donor would be hard and siblings are usually not matches . . . my sister and I were both matches! And now 4 years later he's in remission!

I will be praying for Dawson's friend and his family - - please keep me updated.

  3. The youth had some major prayer time for Blade. Hannah came home pretty upset about it! She goes to school with him and is quite a good buddy with him. We're praying also!

  4. That's the second young person in two days that I've heard of with this dreaded disease. The other one is in his 30's but still so tragic. Miracles do happen and that's what I'll pray for.
