Last week I shared my trip of desperation to Aldi. Here are the menu plans from that shopping trip:
Monday ~ Pepperoni pockets
Recipe: Pepperoni Pockets
2 cans crescent rolls12 oz shredded mozzarella
4 oz sliced pepperoni
(1 egg white, 1 t dry mustard, 1 t garlic salt,
1 t pepper, 4 t Italian seasoning)
2 oz Spaghetti sauce for dipping
1 cantaloupe
1 bag chips, any
On cookie sheet, divide triangles Brush each
w/ egg white. Sprinkle spices evenly, then
cheese, then pepperoni. Top each with second
can of rolls. Pinch sides together to make a
pocket. Brush egg white on top. Bake 12-13min
or until golden brown @350. Serve w/ warmed
spaghetti sauce for dipping.
Serve w/ diced cantaloupe and chips
Tuesday ~ Slow cooked pork chops with Parma Rosa sauce on the side, Penne pasta
Wednesday ~ FFY
Thursday ~ Doritos casserole
Friday ~ Eggs and toast
Saturday ~ Sandwiches (of your choice) and chips
Sunday ~ Roasted chicken and rice
