Wow were our meals good last week! I had another amazing menu planned for this week, but because of some scheduling I'm putting that off for a week and going with easy instead. I'll do my best to incorporate as much healthiness into this easy week as I can.
Monday ~ Leftover Baked spaghetti, Homemade applesauce (we had tons of this leftover from Friday).
Tuesday ~ Soup and grilled cheese, Homemade applesauce
Wednesday ~ FFY
Thursday ~ Pancakes, Turkey bacon, Vanilla yogurt with blueberries and homemade granola
Friday ~ Turkey, swiss and broccoli stromboli, Mandarin oranges
Saturday ~ Stuffed peppers (one of my favorites), Strawberry smoothies
Sunday ~ Pantry purge
