Wow were our meals good last week! I had another amazing menu planned for this week, but because of some scheduling I'm putting that off for a week and going with easy instead. I'll do my best to incorporate as much healthiness into this easy week as I can.
Monday ~ Leftover Baked spaghetti, Homemade applesauce (we had tons of this leftover from Friday).
Tuesday ~ Soup and grilled cheese, Homemade applesauce
Wednesday ~ FFY
Thursday ~ Pancakes, Turkey bacon, Vanilla yogurt with blueberries and homemade granola
Friday ~ Turkey, swiss and broccoli stromboli, Mandarin oranges
Saturday ~ Stuffed peppers (one of my favorites), Strawberry smoothies
Sunday ~ Pantry purge

Hey...I made that stuffed pepper recipe I sent you the other day...they were yummy! I used ground turkey instead of hamb. and used whole grain all natural rice! Everyone loved them, the kids just ate the meat out of them mostly though. But we had corn and cooked cabbage with them. Super yumo!
