Menu Plan Monday

We're eating "easy" this week.  I cooked two big meals yesterday and need a small break. (Plus, nobody cares anyway!!)  I'm scrapbooking this weekend, so definitely wanted some easy meals.

Monday ~ Chicken quesadillas

Tuesday ~ Goulash

Wednesday ~ Fend for Yourself

Thursday ~ Homemade pizza

Friday ~ Chicken sandwiches and chips

Saturday ~ Spaghettios and tomato soup

Sunday ~ Thick french toast (we had pancakes instead this past Saturday, so didn't get to this).
