How we would have loved to have started our vacation with a restful night at my parents' last night. Not the case! We were in bed about 30 minutes when the tornado sirens started going off. My parents live in a highly-tornadic area, so we were at least taking it seriously. Rick stayed up until who knows how late watching the radar. I finally gave up around 1:00 a.m. and went to bed, hoping we'd still be here tomorrow. All was well. We saw that Owasso was getting pounded, too! Hope everyone is okay and that you still have tree limbs. That's exactly what we need ... more wind and rain!! Then Eli was up at 5:55 a.m. this morning, for the day. So, after 4 hours and 55 minutes of sleep last night, I'm up and ready for the day. We leave Windsor at 1:00 p.m. today to head to Kansas City for my beauty session. Then we're off to our cruise early tomorrow morning.
