This week I am having a medical procedure that is going to have me completely down and out for several days. So, I needed to come up with a menu that the family could handle on their own. Some of these meals are things I am cooking today and freezing. Many are convenience foods.
Monday ~ Chicken fettucine
Tuesday ~ Enchiladas
Wednesday ~ Frozen pizza
Thursday ~ Cheesy broccoli rigatoni
Friday ~ Macaroni and cheese
Saturday ~ T.V. tray dinners
Sunday ~ Frozen lasagna
I'll be thinking about you and praying for a quick recovery. It will be a great time to rest and be pampered...we can all use that now and again!
