This morning I really wanted to work out but I chose to make the right decision and skip my workout and there was such a purpose in my group today.

God Bless Girl!Frugal Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01917017303041521681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4710876811793564888.post-9648390837184023352009-03-26T15:33:00.000-05:002009-03-26T15:33:00.000-05:00Nicole - That week you're talking about "It's toug...Nicole - That week you're talking about "It's tough being a woman who feels responsible for the how..." Girl - can I tell you - that was my best week. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that with all the conversations we've had where I struggle for the control. We did that study on a Tuesday and I decided right then - it wasn't my responsibility to figure it all out with Peyton. That's also the week that I gave up and let Doug go pick up Peyton. And praise God! Praise God because it was the same week that her mom was playing those games. I would have been raging by the time I got back home with her and my two small kids.

Last Tuesday I got up late as well and was running around here trying to get myself ready, the boys ready and fed. And then I couldn't find Grant's shoe... Yes the child has more than one pair of shoes... but I couldn't find them EITHER! He has two that he primarily wears, the boots were MIA and I had a left shoe.... What to do?! The devil was working over-time on me. I put both the boys in the car in the pouring rain - Doug was of no help because I had already bit his head off. So here I go to church both boys in sock feet! I thought I'll get to the church get the stroller out and put Grant in it and carry Gabe.. I got there.... the trunk was empty! It would have been so easy to say FORGET IT! And come back home - but I carried Grant in and handed him to a friend and went back out to get Gabe. That was an awesome, awesome lesson that day. And a few days later I found Grant's shoes - - the boots too! LOL.

I am so glad you shared this story. And I'm so glad we can share our experiences together!

Love ya!Aprilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16155786493132194723noreply@blogger.com
